G'day, coffee lovers! I'm Lau, a former Peruvian pilot who traded in my wings for a roasting spoon. It all started back in 2019 when I realized my passion for good coffee was burning hotter than any jet engine.
After countless hours tinkering with roasters and experimenting with different beans, I've managed to create a range of coffees that I'm truly proud of. My signature blend, 'Chasky,' even snagged a silver medal at the Australian International Coffee Awards!
You can find my coffee at Little Earth Cafe and West End Coffee Lab in Kiama, or order online for home delivery. I'm also supplying a bunch of local cafes with my beans, and I'm always on the lookout for new partners.
