ASOPEP is an association composed by more than 120 coffee farming families. The Tolima region is one of the Colombia’s most productive regions. Since 2010, they have always been present in the Cup of Excellence and in every single coffee competition organised by The Colombian Coffee Federation.
They have certified almost 100% of their members as organic. Every weekend at their labs, they teach how to cup to kids who are part of the association and also to kids who are eager to learn about it.
